This peak was my favorite. Gradual incline with beautiful views. Heavily wooded in the first few miles with awesome look at points. The last part traversing through the side of the mountain gives you so many amazing views of the desert, the city below and alpine forrest. The rock scrambling at the top made it more exciting; knowing that I was about to reach the summit. You feel like you have earned it! The peak had absolutely beautiful views! The weather was great and cold at the peak. Some cloud formations made us think we were going to get rain but we did not. I like the experience of taking the tram especially since I did Gorgonio three weeks ago and wanted more of a leisure hike. I definitely got that! This hike didn’t feel strenuous but the rock scrambling was a little challenging. Overall awesomeness!!
