Flowers flowers flowers! This hike was so much more lush and green compared to last year in January. I really loved seeing all the foliage, grass, and some running water along the trail after all the rain we've gotten – not to mention all the wildflowers around Lake Elsinore! For whatever reason, my brain forgot about the steep ~0.5 mile at the end, but I love a nice scramble. We also met a lovely fluffy dog at the summit. Sitton is a hike I could do again and again.
