2nd time to the top of this beast of a hike. I loved it though. Trail is in amazing condition except for the very end up the old trail route to the summit. Had to bushwhack a bit, climb over fallen trees and lost the trail but we still ended up at the top. So I would take the fireroad to the top until the snow melts. Still couldn’t  locate the dang sign. We were pretty eager to get back before dark so we couldn’t spend any more time looking for it. Happy to check this one off this list for this year. Do not under estimate Mt Wilson!
