Quite the beautiful morning for a sunrise hike up camelback. As usual, the parking lot was incredibly full by open and the trails were heavy with visitors, although the busy-ness did not deter me from long strides / a quickened-pace to the top. My backpack buddy was riding along for the steep journey but the views of sunrise, shaded coverage sprinkled throughout and friendly hikers all made for an enjoyable morning. Reached the top in time to see a group of visitors experiencing a sort of sunrise meditation (which Bart also participated). The trek down is never as difficult but always as fun because you get to encourage others to work their way to the top. Love this fun and challenging local hike.
