The Hike started at 6:30am on a beautiful clear Saturday morning on May 20th 2023, the hike started from the Red Box trailhead car park and after crossing the road the path was gradual as you travel up a winding number of switchbacks taken you up and up, the hike was not to difficult until about the last 1.5 miles which taken you up through rocks and narrow paths, the view along the way are awesome and well worth the effort to get to the top and enjoy the views.   The descent was a little tricky due to loose sand/rocks, so take the time to be safe, after the first mile descent the path is easy and safe to enjoy the again beautiful views.  The weather was good and the temperature cool in the way up and started to get into the 70's on the way down around noon.
