Got to the trailhead at 5:30am and was the second car there. Ability to purchase Red Rocks Day Pass at the parking lot. Vault toilets available.
Trip took about 4 hours total for me, and I only passed 2 other hikers when I was on the way down – you may encounter more during the weekend, but I went on a Wednesday. Got lucky and saw some Hot Air Balloons on my way up!
