Beautiful day with lots of sunshine and clear skies. On my way up I took the 5 Oaks trail which I really liked because it narrowed out and got to see some amazing views. Definitely needed my essential oil bug spray the bugs were out in full force. Saw lots of different wildflowers. Loved the two different signs at the peak. Thank you so much for those of you who make the signs also loved the beachy mosaic remembrance and the quote by John Muir. As usual, it’s always so much fun meeting other hikers, and I even got to share some of my essential oil bug spray with someone who was getting eaten alive. Glad it all worked out.
