Mt. Umunhum: hummingbirds, flowers, & lizards

We arrived at 9:30 on Sunday morning and had to park on the road at the Bald Mtn parking lot. Foggy when we started but by 10:30 the sun was out and the views were phenomenal. Many interesting wildflowers blooming, plus a few hummingbirds and 2 big whiptail lizards. We headed down around noon and for the first half-mile there were 7 people in front of us and 5 behind, and we passed many people heading up to the top. Sundays are busy, but the parking lot had a few spaces open around 1pm when we finished.
