Arrived at 8:00 am and the parking lot was getting filled very quickly! The weather was nice, but the day became warmer as the day went by, but still not too hot. The hike was easy in the beginning, but challenging the last miles before reaching the summit. The views were amazing, with many flowers, butterflies, and water on the creek. Some parts are shaded in the morning, but not in the afternoon. This is a great day hike, you can refill your water bottles at the summit.
Glad to say that I have hiked to the summit fo Mt. Diablo!
