Second time on Baldy, brought my dad up for his first summit. Very slow going for me, but still fun. Wasn’t too hot, despite the heat lower down. We brought some snow down in an empy waterbottle and poured it on our heads to keep cool. Almost no breeze before the last mile or so to the summit. We took the backbone up and down, since our knees could not handle the steep ski hut trail. My legs and hands got sunburnt pretty bad, which is an amature move, but otherwise a great hike!
