This was my first summer attempt to the summit. I made 2 winter attempts in February but turned back due to conditions.
The terrain was brutal, all the way to the top. A totally different mountain than in the winter where the snow flattens out this terrain making it much easier, especially on the descent.
It was an absolutely beautiful day though, with perfect conditions. Even the winds were mild. Pictures don't even come close to capturing the majesty of the views.
An amazing experience. So glad I did it. I will be back again this winter!
