I love this hike! It is a nice easy 7 ish miles to sawmill mountain. Mostly shaded with gorgeous pine trees, plenty of small wildflowers blooming still. We got to the trail about 7 am which was perfect. We had the trail to ourselves all the way to the peak. We didn’t start to encounter other hikers till our return. Weather was perfect. Trail is in great condition, couldn’t of asked for a better hike
