We had divided our group into our hiking speeds… No Turtle Trekker today but we had a group of Loping Llamas and some Mountain Goats. Somehow we ended up on the right road… on OPPOSTE sides of the mountain. We decided to just hike up – and miraculously we met at the top. There were biting, stinging bugs at the top that discouraged us from staying too long. We parted a little ways down the trail to head back to our separate sides of the mountain. We are running VERY behind due to all the rain we have been getting. Might be crunch time in Oct!
