2023 – SoCal – Peak #1 – Mt.Wilson

My GF and I set out to tackle the 2023 SoCal sixpeak challenge and after being disappointed that we could not summit Mt.Baldy 2 weeks earlier due to snow, we were very happy and excited to complete our first peak. The trail was in great condition with just a few patches of snow. The coolest part (literally) was that after having a sunny day all the way up to the peak, at the peak the temperature suddenly dropped to where it was hard to feel our hands. All in all it was a great adventure that was completed with a great group of friends.
