At about 4900′ there were snow fields, and when I reached the point 1 mile from the top where you have the option to take the fire road the rest of the way or the single-track trail, I took the fire road the rest of the way, as I was hearing the trail was very slushy and slightly hazardous.
Beautiful day and hike. There was still like 6′-8′ of snow at the top (mostly where it was shade).
