Watching the sunrise while hiking up Mt. Baldy and getting a glimpse of the ski lifts taking hikers up. (I was tempted to ride the lift back down after the summit.) I wasn't aware of the different trails, and I took the Devil's backbone route and managed to summit in record time. The trail was luscious green, with a few tree trunks on the side, rocky terrain, and no bugs! At the end of the hike, there is a waterfall, and many hikers gather around it to cool off.
