To our surprise there was periods of snow and ice. It wasn't so bad but the ice was over some areas we had to go through so we were just careful, no ice shoes required. Like our last hike we tend to go off trail so we went into a huge area of snow. But luckily we weren't the only people who did that. Hahaha as we kept going and realized this won't lead us where we need to go we ended up noticing the previous foot prints owner realized that too and we could see their foot prints turn around. I was just shocked it was still snowy in June. Gloves were needed!
