This hike kicked our asses! That being said it was one of the most beautiful and incredible views so completely worth it. We got there when it was still lightening up and worried we were in the right place but thanks to Alltrails navigated through the gate alright to access the hike and fortunately it was well marked after that! Once you start your ascent you just keep going, going, up! There are parts where your somewhat scrambling over and pulling yourself up on rock. Nothing too bad but I was definitely on hands and knees at a couple parts! Super fun!!!! The bushes somewhat beat us up and we all had scratches on our arms, but again, nothing too terrible. All part of the adventure! The kissing rock was awesome! We thought it was a whale and another hiker told us to look for the kiss haha. We especially enjoyed all the signs people have stashed at the top to take pics with and the box of goodies. We left some fun stuff there. Saw maybe 4/5 people the whole time. Have hiked all over and wow did I love the view from up top. Just magical! As much as it beat us up on the way up, totally worth it and the hike down was very smooth.
