The first half of the hike was pretty easy. All of the incline happens during the second half of the hike. there are a few false peaks. Even though this is my 4th time taking this trail, and I knew all about the false peaks, they always seem to be surprisingly challenging. It was getting warm already when we were descending the mounting. So start early!
