Took the Gaviota Peak/Hot Springs Trail up, with a quick bypass to the hot springs (skipped them the last time). Opted to take the Trespass Trail down. Mistake! While I had some more views of the coast, the trail was in poor condition for a portion of it. I almost u-turned back to the summit and returned down the road.
