El Cajon Mountain

Great hike, and a perfect day, with excellent trail conditions. I’ve completed this hike the last three years and really enjoy the challenge it presents…probably the toughest hike in San Diego County. The entire hike consists of a roller coaster ride up and down with very few flat areas, so you don’t get many breaks.

The views at the peak are spectacular and worth all the effort. Can’t wait to do it again next year.
