Started at 8:30, and was planning to pick up a parking permit from the candy store. But contrary to Google Maps’ info, it doesn’t open til 9:00. But I didn’t get a ticket.

I ran most of the trail and there were a good number of people out. Lots of friendly folks at the peak, with some snack sharing.
