Started at 6:30am. The winds were pretty strong but it wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be. Even after the recent rain, there was no snow. This was my first peak hike, not only of the year, but ever (haha). It was a buttkicker passing the false peaks, but this hike definitely helped me assess my own physical abilities and which areas I would like to improve on.

A fun hike with friendly people! My PB sandwich felt very rewarding at the top.
