Hot Springs on a cool day!

Started a little late (around 9:30) and it was pretty hot and exposed to the sun for the entire hike. Luckily, the temperature wasn’t high or it would’ve been very hot. Gain the first 1,000 feet in the first 1.5-1.8miles after that there’s a couple areas where you gain quickly again but for the most part it’s more gradual. Trail is covered in snow that’s pretty hard packed at this point. I post holed a few times but was able to bare boot without slipping around too much. Pup really missed snow and had a blast in it.
