Santiago Peak

Hike was good started early trying to not get caught out in the rain, hike is logged at 16 miles but if the gate is close your going to add on an extra 4 miles which happened with us! Also have to cross a couple of streams in the beginning so recommend bringing trash bags so you dont have to walk the rest of the trail with wet feet! Keep an eye out as well my dog got lots of ticks from this hike!
