- Warm and exposed. First 2.5 easy with some elevation gain during the last mile. Pup did well as did baby. Recommend boots and eye wear for any dogs (especially dogs who like to put their faces in bushes). Baby had sun protective clothing and hat. Obviously no water on trail. Be prepared for minimal scrambling on the last mile.
Had to park near road closure but easy wall to trail Head or picnic area and vault bathrooms.
