Bugs were not too bad

It was a beautiful day, great conditions, full sun with a breeze. We took an “unplanned” detour a mile out of the way when we took the wrong turn and started down to the meadows. At the saddle, do not go right!!!! (There’s no sign). Lots of false summits and rocky in spots so I found my poles helpful for the steep part down.
