Double hike Saturday -Cuyamaca Peak

Beautiful sunny Saturday morning as we took the Azalea Glen trail up. It was better than anticipated with small stream crossings and water running down parts of the trail. Waterproof Solomons helped keep my feet dry. Nice trail, rocky as it gradually climbs. Way too many bugs for me! I was glad I had my bandana to tie in front of my nose and mouth. They were pretty intense until we hit the road in final ascent. Several groups on the trail. Overall a great hike.
