45 degrees at the lower trailhead turned to 15 degrees with heavy wind at the top. We had a group of 5 and a pup which helped the moral. The yurt up top was open which was a relief. The clouds would part to give us a view of green below. A very memorable hike. Much better than when there are 100 people and dust and smoke.
