Great day for a hike and a beautiful trail. I grew up in So Cal but didn’t know this gem existed. Very green, ferns and moss on the trees… you didn’t feel like you were in so cal. Very thick marine layer until we were pst Manzanita ridge made for very cool hiking weather. The Cosmic Cafe at the top was a welcome treat. Only negative comment on the hike is the mileage signs are off. It’s says 7 miles but it’s 8.
