Two words: cold and slippery
The weather during this hike was on the chilly side and parts of the Ski Hut trail (which was our way down the loop) closer to the summit still had snow with sun cups. Our group managed to cross without needing to put on microspikes but I did a couple of semi-controlled slips and slides 🤣
The ski hut was way steeper than I remember but my feet were feeling stable and strong during this hike that going down wasn't too bad.
