Good but tough hike. Almost constant steep uphill climb. But it gets easier near the end. Beautiful views of the surrounding area and Mt Charleston. This hike is pretty remote. So, not a lot of other people on the trail. The road leading up to the trail is a 2 mile long dirt road. I drive a sedan. So, I decided to park my car at the start of the dirt road and hike the 2 miles to the trailhead.
