7/6/2024:

Today, I decided to hike up Mount Baden-Powell.  I chose this peak because of my time constraint.  I need to get back home by noon to celebrate my godfather Norman's birthday.  I had done Mount Baden-Powell many times.  I started at 6:30 a.m. and ended my hike at 10:30 a.m.  Not too shabby.  The bugs were annoyance going up.  But as weather got warmer, the bugs disappeared.  The weather wasn't that bad.  It was sunny, but we had airy breeze.

At Mount Baden-Powell peak, I saw Iris, Jen Tea and their hiking friend Linda.  I was so happy to see them.  I haven't seen them for the longest time.  It was revealed that Jen Tea was doing this hike to celebrate her birthday.  Happy birthday, Jen Tea.

Due to my time constraint, I decided to not be at the summit for that long.  So, when Iris and her group decided to head down, I asked if I can join them.  They graciously allowed me to hike with them going down.
