Nice morning for a hike, but then it got nice and toasty(89 at trailhead when I finished around noon). This was my first 10+ mile hike this year. Many that do the hike don’t go the extra 3/4 mile through the complex (to echo rock) to reach the sign. I always do it. With this the total mileage is closer to 17m.
