San Jacinto from Tram

Pretty easy trail and well maintained. It was 1130 when we started – pretty warm. It cooled off nicely by time we got to Wellman Divide. We had a baby in a backpack/carrier, which was a little challenging on the rock “scramble” during the last 0.2 miles to the peak. I’m happy to report no bugs! The only flowers I noticed were some mountain Lupine which was close to going to seed. There is water at the ranger station (a little over 2 miles in) but you should filter it.
