My hike to San Bernardino Peak was a big accomplishment, marking my sixth peak in the SoCal Six Pack of Peaks challenge.

I started around 8 am after driving up from San Diego, ascending through a mix of burnt forest and rocky terrain, enjoying the changing landscape as I gained elevation.

The trail tested my endurance, but my preparation paid off, and the summit rewarded me with breathtaking views.

Despite the physical demands, I pushed through, and the experience left me with a sense of achievement and renewed confidence at higher altitude.

This hike was not only about reaching the peak but also about overcoming challenges and celebrating personal growth.
