I paid for my 2024 challenge about 3 weeks ago. I see the charge on my card, but didn’t get an emailed receipt (like I did back in 2016), nor have I received my welcome kit. When I went into the settings, all of my information was missing. So I added address, etc. Is this the normal process? What’s the normal turn-around time on this?
