It was a beautiful morning for this hike! The warmest it got while I was out was about 76 and the sky was clear. Views were expansive in every direction. I hit the trail a little after 7 and summited around 9. I was the only person on the trail that early and it was so pleasant at the peak that I ended up hanging out for about an hour. There are lots of little areas to explore and scramble around at the summit. The first leg of the trail wasn't anything special but once you cross Los Pinos Road you get to some really neat areas. Even though the temperatures were so mild, the shade on the trail was really nice.
