    Is anyone else having trouble with getting timely responses from customer service? I am having issues with logging my hikes and no response. Also the lack of social media presence is disappointing.

    Thoughts?

    Same here. I know others in our Central Oregon challenge have also had issues. Not sure what’s up. Jeff, who is in charge of our group usually responds quickly.
