We basically sprinted down Ontario Peak until we got back to the Saddle. There we ate a few snacks, rested up, and then me and three other guys from our troop embarked on a journey, to Cucamonga Peak. Unfortunately our scoutmasters weren't feeling well so we brought out our inner scout and continued forth. We were supposed to go up Cucamonga as a bigger group but most of the people gave up on going since we had just finished hiking Ontario Peak just moments before. The journey up was hard and arduous as the path was very rocky and my knee struck with unexpected pain. When we finally got to the point of seeing the peak, we accidentally went to Miranda Peak instead. There we were quickly able to figure out that Miranda Peak was not, in fact, Cucamonga Peak. Thankfully Cucamonga feet was a short distance away. Once we got to Cucamonga peak we started taking pictures of each other, asking strangers to take pictures for us, and rested up. There we met some wonderful people. One of the notable people we met ranked #2 in the regional Ironman challenge, and went up Cucamonga Peak as if it were just a morning jog. Everyone we met that day was extremely kind and each had interesting stories to tell. We even met an old Korean man who was playing k-pop music. Eventually after sitting under a tree of wasps for about thirty minutes (somehow no one got stung) we made our descent. As we descended multiple people who were going up relayed a message from our scoutmasters who were at the peak, the message being to come down the peak faster since we had rested at the peak for so long. Due to this message and one of the guys having an event to go to after, we basically sprinted down Cucamonga Peak, but we had some issues since one of the guys had some foot pain. When we arrived at the Saddle we continued our descent straight away. We went down nonstop since we were running a tad bit late, near the bottom we stopped and chatted. Then after what seemed like forever we finally made it to the parking lot. There I ran to the restroom since I had to go since I made to Ontario Peak. After that I was greeted by my wonderful mother, who handed me a refreshing gatorade in which I chugged in five minutes.
