This trail was more enjoyable than the previous year I had done it, but still a long slog and hot, even though we're so late in the season. I consider this hike more difficult than Cucamonga, because of the length, consistent steepness, and exposure to sun (and comparatively dull scenery). Wandered around the top to look at the observatory, and tried to find a summit sign but couldn't. Later I discovered it's at Echo Rock, what a bummer. Jogged a lot of the way down.
