Awesome views at High Point Lookout Tower

This was a good workout hike that tested my endurance.  I found out a few things I need to work on for long distance hikes in the future.  Trail was in good condition and no bugs! Yeah!  Weather at the start was cold 43 but in once you start climbing you warm up really fast so I definitely didn’t need a jacket!! At the peak weather was perfect with a light breeze…. No jacket needed.  We stoped for lunch at the tower for about 30 minutes and spoke with guy at the top of the tower.
