Big Bear Highlander Training Hike

I wanted to acclimate before the 5-day Highlander Big Bear Adventure which would start at June 19, The San Bernardino Peak Trail via Angelus Oaks would be a perfect choice.   I was obsessed with so so so much wilderflowers on the way up and back, felt like it was hidden supperbloom not much people knew. I felt so luck to be one of the few of people got to see. Overall the weather was pretty good, not too much bugs , felt hot at the lower elevation and cold with snow on the ground at the higher elecation. Only saw 5 people, yes it was Monday. The hike was hard, but the views and wilderflowers made it worth for all the hard work, enjoyed and will come back.
