El Cajon

Attempted this one in early November but it was a little too early after an illness so had to turn around at the stop sign. Left the dog at home and started this attempt 30 minutes earlier just as the sun was rising around 6:30 to hopefully avoid more of the heat. Made it up in around 2½ hours without any issues, hung out at the top for a beer, then headed back. Hike to the car went well until the knee soreness kicked in coming down after the turn off for the mine shafts. Total Strava moving time: 5:15
