Rain and wind for most of the hike. Saw a few mountain bikers braving the elements but no other hikers until I was nearly back at the trailhead. Two trees across the trail above Prospectors Gap have been cleared since I was last up there, but one other has fallen. Very muddy and slippery on the lower slopes.
