Hot Springs Mountain

Beautiful hike, the trail takes you through some thick diverse forest, a rarity these days given the number of fires that have burned through the region. Bugs were pretty bad on this one, fortunately we had some bug nets. For a Saturday it wasn’t crowded at all, we saw only one other person on the trail. Great views from the top, but it takes some additional effort to climb the boulder where the summit sign is located. There’s a ladder and some sketchy straps to aid you, but not sure I’d recommend it.
