What a beautiful day! We left 70 degrees in Solano county and arrived to a breezy 60 degrees in Marin County. We parked at Pantol campgrounds on a Wednesday morning and there was plenty of parking. Pay at the kiosk, credit cards accepted. We hiked to the summit, had lunch and enjoyed the views. It was foggy but we could just make out SF. We hiked down and it was 9.4 miles car to car. We wanted a little more so we hiked around Pantol.
