A reopened Mt Baldy makes my heart happy

We started at 330am to beat the heat and the crowds. What a beautiful way to start the day. The trail as in great condition. On the way down Backbone, you could some of the burn scar on the other side as well as the pink retardant. No evidence of the fire on the trail itself. The hike down from the notch was totally exposed and HOT. I brought 3 liters of water and ran out. I suggest you bring 4 liters and start early!
