San Jacinto-Training Hike

My two hiking buddies (@Dave & Brinton) started early Friday (7:45AM) at Marion Mountain Trailhead to march to the peak (4,500 feet of elevation gain in 5 1/2 miles) finally reaching the peak at 2:45 PM.  Hiked another 4.5 ish miles to Round Valley trail camp reaching it at 415PM.  We did pass 2 streams on the way up if you need to fill up on water as well as water available at camp.  The second day was a relaxing 3 mile hike to the Tramway Station for a quick lunch and ride down.  Had to do some car shuffling at the beginning and end of the hike since the Marion Mountain Trailhead is on the opposite side of the Tramway Station.  Overall a good and challenging hike!!
