Was very lucky to get there early and found parking! The ranger does come around on Sundays to write parking tickets if you don’t have a national forest pass. This hike was tougher than I thought it was. This hike took just under 7 hours, but between Icehouse Saddle and the peak, it was sunny and partial shade. Nice views!
